Every time when you’re using or interacting with a product or service you will have an experience from
it. Most of us are thinking about user experience (in short UX) in the context of something ‘technical’,
like smartphones, computers, apps and websites. But in fact, all of us have way more—hundreds of
daily ‘user experiences’ every single day: when we ride a bike, go through the checkout line at the
supermarket or buy some new clothes and so on. If you have such experiences than your customers certainly also have one with your product/service,
A great user experience could very well make the difference between
whether they will buy or use it — and even more importantly, wether
they will buy or use it again or prefer to look at your competition.
If your business is depending fully or partly on a online presence like a website, application, Facebook
or other social media channels, then the user experience will play a critical role in attracting and
keeping the customer base you need to run your business successfully. Offline or online doesn’t
matter: The first impression decides within the matter of seconds whether your potential customers
stay or move on to something that looks better. More and more companies shift their focus towards
gorgeous UX first. Let’s talk about how we bring ‘user experience’ at your company to the next level.
I’m open for all sorts of questions around that topic and looking forward to meet you!
